Our produce is sourced from local farms, allowing us to use the best and freshest vegetables available! We have partnered with local and sustainable farms such as ‘Lazy Millennial’ veganic farm and Mikuyta Mushrooms.
At Lazy Millennial Farms we believe it is our responsibility to not only minimize our environmental impact, we want to help both the local and global ecosystem. By opting out and refusing to support commercial livestock, we believe we are making a major impact on our own environmental impact, as well as leading the charge into what we see as the future of American agriculture.

Our sauces are made from scratch to ensure the highest quality and sourced from non-GMO ingredients. We have sent products and ingredients to laboratories to verify
that they are in fact Non-GMO.
Certified Green BusinessWe recycle and reuse whenever we can, including water from vegetable washing and our Reverse Osmosis water system. Vegetable clippings are composted, into our garden (or local gardens). We use environmentally friendly packaging and supplies.
The Restaurant uses 100% sustainable energy. Utilizing solar panels on our roof for electricity, we make up the balance with wind credits. |
