As a Certified Green Business, we make every effort to recycle and reuse whenever we can. This includes recycling water from vegetable washing and utilizing our Reverse Osmosis water system. We compost vegetable clippings, which are then used in our garden or donated to local gardens.
Our commitment to a sustainable planet goes beyond serving only vegan cuisine. We use 100% sustainable energy in the restaurant, with solar panels covering our western facing roof. Additionally, we use wind credits to offset the balance of our energy usage, and we utilize energy-efficient lighting and appliances.
To reduce our carbon footprint even further, we source our ingredients from local and veganic farmers whenever possible. We recycle or compost all waste, and we use environmentally friendly materials for all packaging used for delivery or takeout.
